Donna Ritenour Massano

Donna Ritenour Massano

My lifelong interest in art and color began with a set of pastels given to me by my parents as a birthday gift.

Then along came life and responsibility, and I pursued a successful career in technology. During that career, I visited numerous museums and churches in Europe and was particularly inspired by the works of Tintoretto and Botticelli.

Upon retiring, my interests were rekindled in applying the vibrancy of pastels to scenes of nature. My recent pastel paintings include scenes of the Westport River, seashores, and forests.

Member of the Pastel Painters Society of Cape Cod.
