Jill Law
Jill is a life-long South Coast resident currently living in Dartmouth, MA with her husband Fred and their two standard poodles. After thirty years in the restaurant business she decided to leave the chef's life behind. With the encouragement of a friend Jill enrolled in the Rhode School Of Design Interior Design Certificate program in 1994. Four years later her journey as a designer and artist began. Her inspiration is found in the natural beauty that surrounds us. The colors, textures, and ever changing light play major parts in Jill's creations. As a painter she works with a variety of mediums much like her work as an interior designer of 20 plus years. Jill has spent the last decade dedicated to encouraging other artists with her Board level positions at the South Coast Artists, Inc. the Dartmouth Cultural Center, Inc., and her ongoing education facilitator efforts. Her artwork has been shown in juried exhibitions across the United States.
